Corporate catering

We advise all chilled food products be refrigerated up to the time they are served and be consumed within 4 hours of delivery. Warm food products should be consumed immediately.

Event catering (including grazing tables)

We recommend that a chef prepares our hot food products at your event. The service provided by the chef will comprise preparing, heating, garnishing, arranging the canapes.  Involvement by the chef is an important aspect of our brand to ensure quality assurance to our customers and the health and safety of your guests.

We require a kitchen or other dedicated space for our chef to prepare our hot food. You must advise us of the facilities that you do have or do not have available for us to use, including an oven, stovetop, fridge, sink, microwave and bench space. This may affect what food our chef is able to prepare.

We will provide all cookware, chef’s equipment and any necessary appliances (such as a deep fryer).

If you choose not to engage our chef, we advise all chilled food products be refrigerated up to the time they are served and be consumed within 4 hours of delivery.  Warm food products should be consumed immediately.

If you do not engage our chef, you assume total responsibility and risk for serving or heating Pawa Catering’s food products. Pawa Catering is not liable for any loss or damage sustained by you or by any person in these circumstances.

Ingredients

We aim to use the freshest produce available.  As our focus is on using seasonal produce, menus are subject to change depending on the season and availability of the product from the supplier.  Where an ingredient or menu option is not available we will aim to let you know if there are any changes so you may choose an alternative, but this may not be always possible.  If there is a situation where we are not able to contact you, we will replace the ingredient or menu option with a suitable alternative.
