Quotation Process

PLEASE READ 

You can submit a quote via our online ordering in the top menu or you can contact us directly if your event involves a lot of information. You can email us quotes@pawacatering.com.au and we can provide you with an official quotation.

Pawa Catering do not provide over the phone quotations. Please use quote form or email quotes@pawacatering.com.au

ORDERS
For corporate catering, orders must be placed within 5-7 days prior to the delivery time. Unfortunately we cannot accept next day orders, due to our productions schedule. For event catering, orders must be placed within 2- 3 weeks prior to the event time, depending on numbers.
If for some reason you are not able to order by these times, please contact us via email and we will try to accommodate you if possible.
Minimum order requirements are as follows: Weekdays (Monday to Thursday): $300 plus delivery fee $20.

Our quotes will be valid for 7 days from the date provided and can be extended by us to 30 days if you require. If your requirements change, we will review the quote and provide you a new quote. Pawa Catering may decline requests by you for any food, services or equipment at its discretion. We cannot hold dates for unconfirmed bookings.

Delivery 

We offer delivery to the Melbourne CBD and close surrounding suburbs. You can email us to request a delivery outside of those areas for large events. Our delivery fee $20 per delivery.

Please review your quote and reply directly to the quote email to update numbers, timing, delivery, date ect. To confirm / accept the quote please reply directly to the quote email. Upon confirming acceptance of the quote via email, an email confirmation will be sent immediately after, followed by a separate invoice.

PAYMENT

Orders are required to be paid up front via the methods below. For events over $1000 a 50% deposit is required with remainder invoiced after the event.

A separate invoice will be emailed to you after confirming the order. Payment details are on the invoice and in the invoice email.

How to pay – We accept payment online via credit card 2% surcharge, to pay online press the Blue PAY NOW button on the pdf invoice. Or pay via bank transfer, bank details on the invoice.

PACKAGING

All our corporate catering food is served in biodegradable disposable packaging. We can provide disposable cutlery, plates, napkins and cups for a fee. The bioplastic products we use are made from Ingeo™ – a bioplastic made from plants, not fossil fuels. The products we use are either recyclable or compostable, meaning less waste ends up in landfill.

DIETARIES

Any dietary needs must be advised at least

  • 5-7 business days prior for a corporate order and an event order
  • 10 days prior for an event order that includes a grazing table or 100 plus people

CANCELLATION
Cancellation charges will apply when your catering requirements have been confirmed verbally or in writing and where costs have been incurred in regards to food, labour or other services.
Cancellations to be received by:
Up to 20 people – 72 hours
20 to 50 people – 5 business days prior
50 or more people – 7 business days prior
Full staff charges may apply if staff are cancelled within 2 business day prior.
We understand that sometimes cancellations occur that are completely out of your control. Rest assured that we will always work with you to minimise the cost of cancellations to your business.
